from august 1 2025 my account no any update from amazon it over 3 days. I don't know why? the invitation is approve or reject no any updates.

Poor customer service and lack of accountability

I use mturk for academic research. I have not used the account for about past 2-3 years or maybe even more.

I have had this account since almost 2020 or longer and I have approximately 500 AUD or more in the account.

However, for a recent upcoming study, I tried to access my account, however, I am unable to login into my Mturk account. It gives the error :

There was an error

An AWS account with that sign-in information does not exist. Try again or create a new account.

Despite sending an email from my registered account to mturk-account-appeals@***.com on 20th September, I have not received any response whatsoever.

Amazon Mturk customer service is unbelievably poor.

There is not form of contact and no email from the company as to why I cannot access my account despite funds being available in the account.

I had an account access issue with Prolific, but their support response was so quick. Within a few hours they identified the problem and rectified it for me.

I am very disappointed that I have lost so much money deposited in the Mturk account.

Loss:
$500

Preferred solution: Full refund

User's recommendation: Mturk does not even contact you if they suspend your account. Do not leave any monetary balance in your account. Do not use this provider. They have no customer support at all.
